Order processing time is 7-14 days. This means that we will ship your order within 7 – 14 days after the purchase is made (depending on our workload).
Our store offers free shipping on any order worldwide!
However, due to some restrictions, we are unable to deliver to certain countries. To check if we ship to your country, please enter your address during checkout. If your country is in the list of countries, then everything is in order!
We deliver orders to Europe (except Finland, Sweden, Ukraine), the USA, Canada, Asia, and some African countries.
Delivery is carried out by Russian Post.

Returns
- If you received a product of inadequate quality (there are damages or defects), then you can easily return it for a full refund or exchange it for a similar one at no additional charge. To do this, simply contact us by e-mail mybearberry@ya.ru within 14 days after receiving the order and attach photos of the damage.
- If you want to return a good quality item because it didn’t fit you, we will also easily accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. However, in this case, the return shipping is paid by the buyer. We will issue you a full refund (excluding return shipping) as soon as we receive your item back. Note: Item must not have been used, all tags and original packaging must be retained.
We also want to note that all items on our site are handmade and each item is different and may differ slightly from the image on the screen. For example, we create each color ourselves (this is done by a person, not a computer), and it may differ slightly from the photo on your monitor. We also paint each balloon with a brush, and sometimes you can notice streaks – marks from the brush. We consider all this to be an absolute norm, because this is what gives charm to our work. At the same time, you can be sure that we are doing everything as accurately and efficiently as possible, and we will not allow, for example, color paint to fall on white, or any inclusions in the paint, or uneven stripes.
